DALGONA COFFEE
TRY THE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS FOR 1 PORTION
4 tsp instant coffee powder
4 tsp sugar
4 tsp water (hot)
50 ml milk
utensilES
- Whisk or hand mixer
- Bowl
- Glass or Insulated mug
IT'S SO EASY

Mix the coffee powder, sugar and water in a bowl.

Whisk everything foamy until a thick, creamy mass has been created (about 8 minutes). Alternately, you can also use a hand mixer.

Serve poured onto cold or hot milk. Relax and enjoy!
TIP – IF USING LESS SUGAR
If you prefer it to not be quite as sweet, simply reduce the amount of sugar specified in the recipe or choose a sugar alternative such as coconut blossom syrup, birch sugar or Xucker.
Depending on the variation, the consistency may differ. Experiment a bit.
