HAPPY COFFEE CHOCOLATE COFFEE
50 g dark chocolate
45 g EILLES KAFFEE N° 1873 intensive nut flavor
300 ml water
200 ml milk (or alternative)
1 large pinch of cinnamon
1 large pinch of cayenne pepper
UTENSILES
- Pot
- COFFE FILTER
- CITY BOTTLE and CITY DRINKING MUG
IT'S SO EASY

Finely grate 10 g of dark chocolate and set aside for decoration. Cut remaining chocolate into chunky pieces

Grind and brew EILLES KAFFEE N° 1873 intensive nut flavor

Pour half of the milk into a small pot. Add the chocolate chunks, cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Heat up and stir continuously until the chocolate has melted.

Add the brewed EILLES KAFFEE and keep warm. Heat up the remaining amount of milk in a pot, whisk vigorously until frothy.

Pour the chocolate coffee and spoon the milk foam over it. Decorate the top with the grated chocolate.
