You are entitled to withdraw from this Contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third person appointed by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have to inform us (alfi GmbH, Ernst-Abbe-Str. 14, 97877 Wertheim, email@example.com, phone: 09342/877-0, fax: 09342/877-160) on your decision to withdraw from this Contract in a clear statement (e.g. by sending a postal letter or transmitting a fax or e-mail). You may use the enclosed withdrawal form, which is, however, not compulsory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient if you dispatch the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before expiry of the withdrawal period.Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this Contract, we must reimburse all payments received by you, including shipment cost (with exception of any additional cost resulting from another type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, if selected by you, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days as from the date when we received the notification of your withdrawal from this Contract. We will use the same means of payment used by you for the original transaction, unless something different has explicitly been agreed upon with you; in no case will any charges for such reimbursement be invoiced to you. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have proven that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You have to return or hand over the goods to us immediately, in any case within fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this Contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before expiry of the period of fourteen days. We will bear the cost of return. You only have to pay for a loss in value of the goods, if any, if such loss in value can be assigned to activities not required to review the quality, properties and function of the goods.
